Angry rx3715 gps bluetooth issue

Hi Guys,
I am having a problem with my navman software. SmartST V3, it
keeps closing down after about 10min. It seems like the bluetooth connection is closing and pulling down the navman software. The bluetooth connection will stay active with basic tracking software, and works perfectly.
Is there any thrid party software that will keep the bluetooth connection active with the sat receiver and share with navman.

Any help is good help,

Thanks,

Navman is not compatible with the 3715 as far I can remember.

Hi Martin,
Thanks for your reply, however it dosen't answer my question. I understand that the rx3715 used to work with navman untill HP released a software upgrade which left the model unsuitable for navman, it was never resolved by HP. This is why I'm looking for some third party fix that will enable the navman to work.
The easy thing to do would be to get some different maps like co-pilot but I like the navman maps and program.

From what I can remember the problem was something to do with the navman software having issues the bluetooth stack in the PDA. Navman also had the same problem with the 4700. Most other programs work with both of these machines so it seems to a be a navman problem.

I havent heard of any third party fix for this you may need to look at other software.

Tomtom uses teleatlas maps as well so the maps will be similar to what you have. Destinator uses Navteq maps. With either of these all you would have to do is buy the software as you would be able to use your existing equipment.
