HP iPAQ hx4700 locking up

I purchased a refurbed HP iPAQ hx4700 on 21-12-05 it has locked up a couple of times for no apparent reason. Over the last couple of weeks the situation is getting worse. Also when I do a soft reboot I need to reboot up to four times. I have had to do a hard reboot on a number of occasions. I have only the origional software installed apart from an hp download "Navio". What do I do now? The order number is 121846.

Have you tried updateing the ROM from HP's website?
