Questions about the Ipaq 2790

HI all,

I hope to upgrade from the 2210 to the 2790 in a few weeks.

but can some one tell me if there is a car mount made for it? also
as I will be using it as a GPS system along with Tom Tom 5. will the in car charging cables for the 2210 (that also charges the GPS) work with the 2790 or does it comes with new car charging cables.

Yes there are cradles specifically for the 27xx series. We sell this one

It also has the same power conection as the 2210 so the cables you have will still fit.

thanks for the quick reply, as you said the old charging leads work with the 2790 I dont really want to by a powered car mount, do you have a normal car mount which will fit the 2790 ?

reading the information, would the car mount I have for the 2210 fit the 2790 ?

If its a generic cradle it will fit if its molded specifically for the 2210 it wont. The 2790 is a similar size but they have a different shapped case.

This would fit though if you need a new cradle.
