Default Cant change the number :/ on my H3650

Hello
I cant change the country code on my H3650.
When i try to connect to internet throu my phone it allways dail the number i entered + the US country code i´ve looked everywhere on it and i cant find any setting that tells it to do so (

Any suggestions?
Any body knows where i can get Windows mobile 2002 ??

I think i found how i did it.
Now it dails 91 in the begining

Hard reset needs you top press and hold the calendar, iTask and reset button (on the bottom) until the screen dims. Don't do it whilst its connected to a sync cable, cradle or charger.

Make sure you back up first, as a HARD reset wipes EVERYTHING from the device and returns it to factory defaults. However....

The settings you are looking for are located at
Settings>Regional settings - make sure set to UK.
Settings>Connections>dialing rules - select your modem/cell phone listing, and edit from there.
