Default Outlook all day event - sync problem with Ipaq 2790

Hi all,

have a strange problem when i sync my PDA with outlook on PC

if I create a new appointment on my PDA which is marked as an all day event, when I sync the calenders the appointment appears on PC outlook as starting at 11pm the day before till 11pm the day of the appointment

no difference if I set the reminders to off.

but if I set an appointment for between 2 times they sync correctly.

also if I set an all day event in outlook and then sync to PDA that works, its only if its created on the PDA that I have this problem.

any ideas.

thanks in advance
Peter

Mine doesn't, and I'm using 2790 with Office 2003.

Check that your time setting on the device is GMT with auto update for summertime, and that the 'roaming' time zone isn't being used (ie Oulook setting correctly, then as the time zone on the PDA is different, it's adjusting by -1 hour.

Thanks for the replies guys. the outlook was not using the autoupdate and that fixed the problem.
