Ipaq 4150

Trying to delete a programme in add remove, the pda is stuck on it and wont come out of it(for 2days). I am trying to remove my Tom Tom product and reinstall it.

I also have put in a new 2gig card in it which seems to be fine. I read somewhere you can do a soft reset would this solve the stuck programme and reset it to try again.
