iPAQ 3870 stops on boot screen

Hello, today when I tried to power on my ipaq it starts and stops on that white-red screen. There is nothing I can do. Tried all kind of resets, I even tried to load rom one more time (2003, 4.0).

What should I do?

No, It worked fine after the rom update, suddenly yesterday when the battery went flat it doesnt start now ;/
