Unhappy Help Please Ipaq RZ1710 & AA Navigator!

Can someone please offer any advice before my ipaq RZ 1710 goes out the window!!!!!

I previously used my ipaq with Michelin Navigation & my Kirrio cradle, which is a nice neat set up. But as Michelin is getting a bit long in the tooth with limited updates, I managed to purchase AA Navigation from Staples for £29.99 which I thought not a bad price, go for it. Then the problems started, no problem loading & activating, but can I get the GPS to function? in short no. I feel I've tried all the GPS settings available, baud rate & com ports etc but no joy. At this present time, my BAUD rate is sky high never mind my com port!

If some kind person can shed any light on my problem, I'll buy you a pint.

Thanks
