HP4700 restore language

My battery went totally flat and I tried to restore. Unfortunately, I initiated a restore that has installed what looks like greek for the language. How do I change it back to English and then replace my files that were stored on backup? Any advice appreciated

Have at last carried out a full hard reset and it has reverted back to English language. Thanks

Take your battery out, wait a while, replace and start again maybe.
