Default early problems GPRS & 'Co-Pilot' navigation

Hi, just become the new owner of a H6340 IPAQ, which came with a GPS system and 'CO-Pilot' sat nav. Unfortunately, everytime I run Co-Pilot, it always starts to connect to GPRS through the phone on the IPAQ - Any idea of how I can stop this, it does it with the IPAQ phone switched on or off.

Also any thoughts or feedback on 'Co-Pilot' in general, is it a good system, or should I be looking to use Tom Tom or something else.

Thanks in advance
