How to disable Games on an iPaq

Hello good folks,

I bought an hx 4700 iPaq recently.

I need a way to disable the standard windows games on it.

And I am stuck.

Because both solitair and jawbreaker are on the rom I can't delete the files or remove the shortcuts to them.

All I need is maybe a user profile without access to the games, or any other way that a user cannot use them without a reset of the PDA.

Has anyone got any ideas?

P.S.: I have spoken to HP (Who say its a Windows problem),
Microsoft (who say talk to the device manufacturer),
TOTAL PDA support staff (who say delete the file in the file explorer, which I can't because its on the ROM and hence undeleteable)
