start up screen

is there any way of getting past the setup screen on a ipaq 4700, as ive broken the touch screen and cant carry on with the setup because it says "please touch the sceen to continue", i thought it was a software issue so i done a hard reset, not the move ive made, now its next to useless as i cant afford a new screen at the moment,

Welcome to our forums.
If the touch screen is broken then there is no way passed to startup screen I'm afraid.
