i have a hp ipaq hx2000 series(can't remember exact model). i am thinking about upgrading to windows mobile 5 from windows mobile 2003. will there be any problems after the upgrade. i know for sure that my device qualifies for the upgrade. also will it also include all the hp utilities (bluetooth utility) like what new ppc's will inculde. anybody have any problems after the upgrade? also will it include active sync 4.0 for the pc?

You'll get the latest versions of the apps.

You'll loose HP store though (the non volatile storage area). Otherwise you'll hardly notice any major changes.

Should be able to.

I actually have a WM5 HX2000 series upgrade CD which I'm looking to sell. It's full legit HP version. Feel free to PM me if interested, and I can arrange a private ebay auction to handle the sale.

You are more likely to find someone on the forums at www.hp.co.uk who has done this.

Please note, doing so will void your warranty - although if purchased in AP, and now used outside, you don't have global warranty anyway.
