Default 2410 bluetooth problem

my 2410 bluetooth will not turn on, and gives a message saying "BLuetooth radio failed to turn on due to insufficient driver memory. You must perform a norml reset before you can turn it on."

This has just happened today following 12 months of trouble free use with my TT5 GPS receiver. I tried the reboot via the button press but no different. Can anyone help ?

Thanks.

Did you use the stylus to do the soft reset? Sorry sounds like you did, just checking as it's not clear from your post.

If you have, could be the the BT has died. This can be checked under settings, system tab, HP asset viewer. Scroll right and find Bluetooth. If any of the listed show ? or not installed, that confirms a hardware failure - and hence need for a repair.
