syncing contacts

Has anyone had problem with syncing outlook contacts?

I have verified my settings and even deleted my partnership and made a new one. It will sync everything else, and it says that the contacts have sync-ed, but when I open the contacts on the iPAQ it is empty.

Any suggestions?

Which PDA OS, and which PC contact ap are you using?

Are the contacts in the main folder of your ap, or sub folders/exchange server folders?
