Windows Mediaplayer 10.0 - no picture

Hi, got an Rx3715 and did the latest ROM update last year without any problems. Have dabbled with DVD to PPC for awhile but have had no luck with the the Makayama DVD compression program on my PC which probably was due to a slow PC. Anyway got a new PC and found another programme that works superbly but have problems with the picture on the IPAQ, great sound but no image at all (run the film from my SD card). Can anyone help.?
The WMP version is 10.0 (Build 14235) on the IPAQ. By the way the films work fine on my PDA phone (orange SPV600 (i,ate JAmin) with MSPPCv5)
