Default 1940 not running applications

Evening all, I hope some one on here can help me out? Im having a problem with my 1940, up untill the other day everything was working fine. I use my IPAQ mainly for running TT, I got to a customers house on friday, shutdown TT and turned off my IPAQ, the bloody thing hasn't worked since. I try to run TT, the TT icon comes on in the bottom right, but thats it, the application fail to start, the IPAQ runs slow and i get no warning messages. I've tried numerous soft resets and then hard resets with a back-up, but its still the same. I've tryed searching the site but have drawn a blank, please can someone out there help, thanks, Dan.
