Record streaming radio?

I want to record streaming radio on a pda which I will access over my wireless network. I can do it with a laptop using a recording utility once I browse to the startio and start the stream, but I want to do it with a smaller piece of equipment - such as a windows mobile 5.0 pda. Can I do this? My other option is to get an older pda and use a compact flash wireless card, but here again I'm not sure it even doable? Thanks for any advise.
