RZ1710 owner requires Info for tom tom 6 GPS

Hi, Heeelp please. I am a novice and am trying to get my tomtom 6 to load from an SD card ,does anyone know if this is possible??
my old TT5 used to do it.
When it runs from the programme memory the PDA runs out of memory and I cannot delete any programms or get it to run from the 1Gb sd card which i am using,
any help or advice would be much appreciated,regards Martin

I have the same pda and i'm running tt6 no problem. I take it your starting with a clean card and tomtom 5 removed of your pda?
