Default Adding and removing items from main screen

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to remove a program link on the Main screen (the one displayed when you turn on) and add a different program there.
I can find the next screen no problems but want to modify the first screen.
the PDA is an HP 2210 with win mobile 2003
many thanks
Rob

If u are reffering to the today screen it can be done using registery programs, if u are talking about the start menu this can be changed from exploring the os via file system.
