Default High Capacity Battery Problem in RW6815

I have purchased a high capacity (3200MaH) battery from ebay for the RW6815. However I have a problem:

there is a question mark in the battery status icon (the icon that shows the battery level). I believe this is because the battery capacity is high and the rw6815 does not recognize it because it is higher than its defauls battery (just an assumption)

Any solutions?...

Who makes the battery?

HP or OEM will work 100%. Sounds like a cheap Chinese version....
