HP IPAQ 5455 Connection Problem - Please Help!

Hey Guys,

Newbie here - look forward to posting on this forum.

I am having a few problems with a PDA I purchased last week off ebay. I bought the HP Ipaq 5455 which works great and I am very happy with it.

However when I come to connect it with windows xp and microsoft activesync (latest version) it says it has been installed correctly.

However once I unplug and then try to replug at a future date it keeps stating that the device has not been recognised and it can't connect and as such I cannot sync or do anything and I am dissapointed. Any help would be much appreciated.

I don't think it is the PDA as I have done a full reset and the PC has also recently been booted from new so I can't see what the problem is!
