Outlook and Lotus Notes Syncing

Hi,

I have a HP 4150 which I use with Outlook 2007 on my laptop for personal usage. I am due to start a new job shortly, and will be using Lotus Notes as an email / calendar system. Is there any way I can sync with both systems at the same time, or will it have to be one or the other?

There is software that will sync with both but I cant remember the name. Ipaq used to do a program on the www.ipaqchoice.com website though.
