Issues with ActiveSync on iPAQ5935

OK, I'm lovin' my new iPAQ5935 Just bought it last week, but I can't get it to sync with my XP SP2 laptop, (Outlook 2003).
I can sync notes, favourites.
But I can't sync inbox/tasks/contacts & calendar

I've tried via Bluetooth and USB.
I've upgraded to ActiveSync 4.5 too

I get error message;
Active Sync encountered a problem on the desktop. Support Code:85010014

Can anyone help me

OK, I think I have found the issue.
I have BlackIce running on my corporate laptop, and I don't have permission to add the ActiveSync services.
I've contacted our Admin chap!
This is different to Active Sync3.x, as I had issue there!!
