Ipaq H5500 with Vista and Outlook 2007

I have installed an Ipaq H5500 on a clients PC with Outlook 2007.

Having downloaded Windows Mobile Device Center the system comes up saying that the device is syncing then says sync complete but NOTHING gets updated on either the Pocket PC or in Outlook on the PC.

Can someone please, for the love of God, shed some light on this ( the same process worked fine for another Pocket pc , unsure of model, the other week )

Having looked on HP.com I must say that that site is terrible for user support for these devices.

Help, PLEASE !!!!!
