Ipaq Hx 2110

I have an Ipaq hx2110 which has Credential Secure on it. My lil' cousin messed around with it and it locked up. Now when i tried to access it, it says it's updating files and freezes on that message. I have tried all possible resets to no avail. The updating msg shows up on a Credential Secure back ground, any one with any knowledge on how i can work around this, i have information i need in that Ipaq....?

The only way to unlock Credant is to use the pass code used to lock it.
