HP hx4700 failure

My 4700 issues are (all of a sudden).

1) Will only work on AC. The battery will not charge.
2) The CF card is not recognised.

This item is used daily for business. Please can anyone help.

Try HP on 08708422339 they may be able to give you some ideas. Its probably out of warranty though. You could www.ipaqrepair.co.uk
