Default Exchange sync problem

Hi

I have setup 10 XDA phones with 8 users onto their MS exchange server. However 2 user accounts are giving me problems. When the phone starts to sync I can see the account beinf checked for changes, then it shows how many email their are to sync i.e. 0/100 (meaning so far it has sync'd 0 out of the 100) the it instantly shoots up to 100 but does not sync the mail.) I get a generic error code

The accounts that have this problem have no other problems on their server including OWA.

The other phones progress with their mail syncing i.e. 100/100 and i can see the numbers slowly adding up. I know the sever is ifne as 10 out of 8 work.

So what the heck is causing this, cause it just my luck the two user accounts are the bosses!!

I really dont want to have to delete the accounts as these accounts have been their for ages and the hassel is just a pain.

The permssions are the same for the other users and all seems ok. It does sync their calandar so its something to do with the exchange mail box.

But what could it be!!????????!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for all your suggestions

Found the solution. Create a new subfolder under your inbox called Old Mail. MOve ALL mail to it, then move back over a couple of weeks worth of mail at a time syncing between each chunk of mail. Eventually you will find the bad meassge that created so much heart ache!
