Default IPAQ 6340 Microphone Issues

Hello,

I purchased a Refurbished Ipaq H6340 on the 27/12/07 and received it the following day.

After waiting several days for a charger i had to purchase for it, I find that when someone rings me or i ring them they are not able to hear me, I've searched high and low on the internet.

I've tried both a O2 and Vodafone sim card and to no avail could anybody on the receiving end hear me.

Done the nessacary Official HP updates and is still not working, Please note that the Voice Recorder still works.

Has anyone got any suggestions or have i bought something that i can't use for the sole purpose that i intended for.

It's getting to me a little now as i use my phone alot to communicate with contacts in china. Please could someone get back to me.

Thankyou
Jon

It sounds faulty you should be able to get it replaced. If you speak to HP they will give you a returns authorisation.
