Compaq iPaq and Xircom ethernet card

Hi!
I have a Compaq iPaq (Microsoft Pocket PC version 3.0.11171)

and i have a pcmcia card Xircom CreditCard Ethernet 10/100

I can't find a driver for that. Could someone help?
