HP 214 and internet access problem

HI, can you help? I am unable to access the internet using my HP 214 paired with my Nokia 6230i. I am using T-Mobile pay and go and I get the 'G' sign on the phone suggesting I am connected but when I try to access the internet I get a message say "Page cannot be displayed". Everything worked great with my HP4700, but then I had inputted an initial string command. The new HP 214 does not provide this function. The pairing seems to be Ok so I am at a lost what to change. Any ideas?

I have managed to link my ipaq214 with my nokia

What I did was set it up as a modem and to dial my ISP dialup connection using my usual ISP login details

Hope that helps - I am new to the PDA stuff myself and my solution may not be the best

Hi, Sorry for late response I have been in contact with HP to resolve the problem and my unit was sent away and then I was on holiday so this is first chance I have had to re-visit the site. HP cannot find anything wrong with the unit so it must be my settings. I can connect with the modem but my ISP provider is T-mobiles own site and does not require a login. Once connected I try to use the internet on the PDA and it says the page cannot be displayed. I have tried several web sites, all say the same.

Just in case anyone else has the same problem thought I would let you know that I have now resolved the issue. Previously I had paired the bluetooth, then I had retrieved the services of the bluetooth. This allow me to connect but not display. Seems I omitted to use the BT Manager, selecting Internet Options and following the prompts. I have now done this and it work perfectly.
