Please can someone help me - my husband has an i-mate SP3 - he has been sent a tune and wishes to use it as his ring tone - it is saved under media player - but I am unable to do it - I took it into the shop where we bought if from today but no luck - please

You may have to convert it with SUPER from SUPER © . it's a free programme and works well.
