New Contact name

When I input new contact, I write firstname lastname. However, the name appearWhen I input new contact, I write firstname lastname. However, the name appears as "lastname, firstname " in the contact list.
How can I make it appear as "firstname lastname" in the contact list?

There is no option for this in Pocket Outlook. The solution I use is to edit the contacts and select the black arrow to the right of the contact name then put the full name on the LAST NAME line.
