Q tek 9100 Internet problems

I can connect to my network but cannot view any web pages.
It keeps flashing the error, "The Web page cannot be found, retype the address" or words to that effect.
Any help would be apreciated.

Does any of the MSN programs work? can you sync any pop3 email with it?

Are you using a "B" or "G" Router/Access point? If its a "G" have you enabled the "G" reg key?
