Backup software For i-mate JaMin

Hi,
I want some good backup software for my i-mate JaMin phone, need to backup my contacts, SMS, and others from phone to my computer.

Suggest you sync with outlook, this should give you a back up on your pc, no great but better than nothing, one some of the older I-mates there was a back-up programme on the PDA itself which was great (I use if for the wife all the time on a SPV M500) but on my SPV M600 its missing - pain !

Lots of people recommend Sprite Backup.
