navman serial

hi I bought the navman 510icn 5 month ago, I can't remeber whether I entered a serial when I installed the software and set up the SD Card or not. Anyway my problem is, now after an online update the software is asking me about a serial or pin or sth like that, but I don't have all the papers anymore. Can anybody help me.

Welcome to our forums.
The code is printed on the back of the wallet the software CDs were in. If you have lost it then contact Navman on 01293 780 500 as they may be able to retrieve using the details you registered against it.

I just opened my new 510. it was supplied with software pre-installed as well as two cd's . no numbers on anything except the back of the navman itself. win ce net

will i have this problem if i upgrade too?

it looks like you select the option in the smartst menu "recover registration info"
