icn520 Points of interest

Hello, I bought my icn 520 a couple of weeks ago and its great! But I can't find out how to put in my own points of interest. Does anyone know how to do this? I've looked through the manual and it only tells me how to use one of the preloaded ones. I found a file that says "my points of interest" but I can't seem to save to it and it doesn't open up - help!

Also, is there anything I need/can download from the disks that are supplied? I had a look through this morning but couldn't see anything on there.

Final, and not really very important, is that the sales assistant said you can choose different voices for the voice command (e.g. homer simpson!?!?!not that I want him) but I can't find anything about that in the manual or on the navman website. Any ideas?
