Unhappy European map key not working on 610

Just bought my 610 off ebay, complete with European maps on CDs, I have the UK preinstalled on a 128 MB SD. Bought a 512MB SD card, installed UK maps, fine, but when I try and install the French maps, for example, SmartST tells me the product key is incorrect. The application prompts me for the key, but insists that it begins with an 'R', whereas my product key begins with an 'M'. I can't get a response out of Navman or the company that sold it to me off ebay, so I'm left wondering if I have actually purchased the European maps at all and just been "had". Anyone else bought a 610 second hand?
cheers,
- Tim

Hi Fraz,
Yep! There's two on my cover as well, a "registration" key and a "product" key. They start with the letter M and N respectively, what's the first letter on your keys?
cheers,
- Tim

Have you tried installing any of the European maps?
