Speed Camera add-on and SD Card

Sorry if this has been covered already but I can't find it.

I've just bought a 510 with Smart ST v3 software.
1. How can I get the speed camera info - is it on my supplied CDs, or can I download it?
2. I'd like to fit a larger SD card. Can I fit a 1Mb and will any generic one do or do I need something special?
3. Wil I have to fork out more cash to get a postcode search that works (more than 5 digits)?
