Navman ICN 610

Bought my Navman on Ebay. Navman keeps crashing, the screen goes black and the message displayed reads.

'3,20,000 built on Feb 20 2005 at 23:53:00 Cannot remap bad block 100. Control buttons also operates in reverse ie to turn off device you have to select No rather than Yes'

Can the problem be fixed? or should I be trying to get my money back from the seller.
