Icn320

Hi.

On my ICN320 there is a 1/0 button on the side. In the manual its called a "battery button". But thats all the information i can find about it. What does it do?

I also cant charge it. When ever i take it out of my car, i cant turn it on. Is the battery button for this?

Ive tried to turn on this battery button ... but i dont know if i have done so or not.
