iCN520 Error Message - Total PDA Forum

iCN520 Error Message

My iCN520 is 13 months old and I switched it on last sunday, got the map, but when I tried to search for an address I got the following error message in red at the top of the screen
Navigator\Gui\Unstable\apps\destWizard.c

Line:2004 TEST: CountryResult! = NULL

The system hangs there until I switch it off. However it still works if I put the journey in via the maps.
Has anybody out there experienced this and knows what the problem is and how to fix it. Tried Navman online support, but no response
