Ipaq H3970 + SAT RX AND Acc

I have an Ipaq H3970 with TomTom installed together with speed camera data. All the supplied bits, instructions, software, power supplies/chargers docking station for P.C.
The Ipaq has been fitted with a new battery so holds charge well. The sat rx talks to the Ipaq on bluetooth.
I have been bought a TomTom 910 so don't use the Ipaq these days.
Make me a sensible offer please.
