Using OS Maps with Mitac Mio 168

I am after a GPS kit that will do both in car navigation and walking. I have settled on the Mitac Mio 168 with integrated GPS.

The kit comes with Co Pilot 5 for in car nav, but can somebody confirm that memory-map software will work with this device and that I will be able to download full OS detail maps and routing information for navigation

Memory- Map will work fine. What detail you get depends on the scale of maps you purchase.
