Default Mio 168 + TTN5 upgrade problem

Had TTN3, working fine but decided to upgrade to TTN5, sadly now having problem installing maps

Managed to install the new setup from the application CD, but when I put CD1 into the PC to save the map I get;-

"Not enough free space on temporary folder. Cannot run setup"

When I installed TTN3, after doing the setup it takes you to the maps, unfortunately TTN5 doesn't do this.

I this a problem with the Mio or my PC and how can I fix it please?

Thanks
