Help!!

Can anyone, please help me. I recently bought my wife a PDA for Christmas. She has now come to use it for the 1st time since christmas day, and has forgotten her password. Does anyone now how to reset the Mio P350 so that we can now use the PDA.

Any help would be gratefully received.
