Help with my F20 & France

Hi All.

Apologies I’m really not very good with technology and I have a satnav f20 and was wonting to use it in France when i go at the weekend, However I’ve only just thought about this and I don’t even have the first idea of where to start of what I need?

Is there anyone that can explain or point me in the right direction of what i need to do??
