Personal Navman POI

Hey! I was wondering how you make your own POI's for your Navman, I have a S50 and I would just like to add things that aren't on there, cafes, parks.. etc. But I'm not quite sure how to do this! I know I need to create a .cvs file and import that into NavDesk but I'm not sure how to make one, any help would be great! Thanks!
