Navman S50 3d Unlocking Sd Card Problem

Hi, I want to unlock my navman s50 3d but, if I to put SD card in to device I just see blue screen with these:

S55_R01_0421 RAM64 MLC 512M

0=WINCE Upgrade
1=GPS Tools
2=BT Tools
3=UBOOT Upgrade
4=Memory Tools
5=Other Tools

Can you help, please?
