Navman 100 (Mio168) help please

I'm running memory map on my Nav 10068 it's been working fine but I let it run flat and it's now asking for me to activate SmartST from the application installer CD but I've lost the CD

is there a way to turn the GPS on without installing SmartSTas I only need it to run memory map

Can anyone help please.

PS. Navman help desk said it's to old and they don't have the CD anymore but I could trade it in for a new one
